Job Description			Carrier Commercial Service currently has an exciting opportunity for a results driven HVAC Service Sales Representative in our Waipahu, Hawaii branch. We are looking for highly energetic and enthusiastic person to develop existing and new customers for commercial service products and solutions. As a Service Sales Representative, you will manage and grow your assigned territory or group of accounts through the sales of repair service, modernization, service agreements, controls and portable systems to new and existing customers. You will be empowered to develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer. You will be tasked to achieve annual sales and gross margin targets and promote growth of service agreement sales, while maintaining focus on cash flow management. Customer needs assessments and sales proposal estimates and specifications will be some of the tools you will use to promote the Carrier portfolio of products and services. In this role you will continuously develop your account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service.
Education			BA/BS degree with 4-7+ years relevant experience MA/MS degree with 2-5+ years relevant experience
Experience			Qualified candidates will: - Have at least four years commercial HVAC experience with knowledge of HVAC codes and standards. - Be self motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives. - Have strong interpersonal skills. - Have a demonstrated ability to influence customer’s key decision makers. - Have a willingness to regularly travel throughout the assigned territory.

Accepting Applications - PV Module Production/Assembly Workers

Hello Everyone -

Our family of companies is rapidly developing and the manufacturing side of the pv/solar panels is about to launch. The warehouse is quickly being set up and we are ready to hire for production.

We are looking for qualified assembly/production workers for the manufacturing of the folding PV modules here in Hawaii. This a great opportunity for individuals with an open mind to get into the rapidly progressing industry of renewable energy. We will train — we are looking for applicants immediately. JOB TITLE: Solar Module Assembly/Production worker – full time position

JOB DESCRIPTION: We currently have a career opportunity for assembly production workers in our brand new solar manufacturing facility. Candidates must have a willingness to wear different hats to complete projects in a timely manner. Prior experience or knowledge in the manufacturing industry is not required but is beneficial. Our facility is located in Honolulu. Candidates will be trained in the soldering of solar cells, solar cell circuits, and other tasks related to the production of the modules. We are looking for team players with an ability to communicate effectively, interface cooperatively with other departments and willingness to learn. Role may include cleaning, sanding, debarring packaging and processing, regulate coordinate and expedite the flow of material throughout the department. Candidate should be able to work independently as well as working as a team member in a group providing support for product development and production test functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED
English speaking and comprehension preferred
May sit, stand or walk short distances for several hours at a time
20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction is required
Must be able to comply with all safely standards and procedures
Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to: steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards)
